We're rescheduling our planned maintenance to Saturday, Nov 7, 12PM-1PM EST, a low-traffic window chosen to minimize disruption to your operations. This affects US customers only.
What to expect: core screening continues to run. Some processing will be delayed briefly, and most impact will last about 15-20 minutes within the window.
Temporarily unavailable: - Forensics UI (including login). - Alert updates (API and MCP). Requests made during maintenance won't be processed, so please retry once maintenance is complete.
Delayed, then processed automatically afterward: - Transfer screening: transfers will still be accepted, and screening results will arrive slightly later. - Detect and Beacon notifications.
Not affected: wallet screening.
When maintenance is complete, services resume automatically and queued activity is processed. You may see brief delays in screening results, reports, and notifications while the backlog clears. No action is needed unless you update alerts programmatically, in which case please retry any updates made during the window.
